Time tables of extinct Narrow Gauge lines in South India from Bradshaw 1933. Tirupattur-Krishnagiri Railway and Morappur-Hosur Railway. Both lines were discontinued in 1941. Thanks to Chris Pietruski for the copy.

Appu, I am very sure that that is a part of the old NG permanent way. Some more of small embankments can be found in Krishnagiri (of Tirupattur-Krishnagiri line). I hope the Bangalore gang will go to Hosur and Krishnagiri one day and dig up the remains in the same way as the Pune gang did on the Miraj line. I had tried my level best years back. All I could find is that most of the furniture in Govt. offices are made of unearthed sleepers of this line!!
