Bhillai Shed has come up with an interesting way of lashing up WAG5s. As you can see in the photo, in both the sets, one of the locos is brown/black livery and the other is gaudy yellow/blue. Same pattern is followed for the other sets also. I haven't been able to catch the significance of this system. Any ideas? Nagpur Goods Yard, 2005-08-08. Alok Patel.

WAG-5 locos before 23293 have Port holes. 23294 onwards, the louvers.

Bhilai seemed to have kept the WAG 5s with portholes and those with the slit windows lashed together - maybe something to do with the age of the locos.
