Two bits of history, poised to disappear soon. The object in the foreground is an old-fashioned points-signal, found all over this route. The ladder behind it was used to inspect the tunnels which form a part of this beautiful section. They are standing on what was the vast MG siding, which even houses a turn-table. Quilon Junction.
