All of you have seen red rajdhani livery WAP-4 locos with blue Air Brake rakes. Heres what it looks like the other way round. A sight not to be seen again alas. This is the Jnaneshwari Super Deluxe at Kalumna, an outer suburb of Nagpur. The Superdeluxe regularly sits here for about 30 or so minutes before it's given the go ahead to enter Central Railway territory in Nagpur and out of SECR boundaries. The train is before time by the way. Photo by Alok Patel, Jul 2003

The blue WAP4 has a phantom-like appearance! A good sight really.

But Alok, are you sure the snap is of July2003? If I am not wrong IR started adding SL in...

But Alok, are you sure the snap is of July2003? If I am not wrong IR started adding SL in 2301 from Feb2003 and at that time only they changed the good old rakes....Please confirm if I am wrong.

This is probably a dumb question, but why is this "a sight not to be seen again"? The Jnaneshwari is still running, isn't it? And Santragachi locos still have the blue livery.
