Kohat Thal Narrow Gauge line, Pakistan

Some pictures from January 2003 of the remnants of the Kohat Thal 2'6" narrow gauge line. Originally built from Kushalgarh to Kohat in 1902 and extended to Thal in 1903, the portion to Kohat was converted to broad gauge in 1908 and the section from Kohat to Thal remained as a narrow gauge line for some decades. It had fallen into disuse, though, and by 2003 was apparently being dismantled. Photographs by Francois Zablot.
