I am afraid I am not so sure about this layout. The Speedometer should have been right in front in place of the brake gauge. Also, the notch handle is at an angle, which would make it awkward for the LP to operate. One good thing about this layout is...

I am afraid I am not so sure about this layout. The Speedometer should have been right in front in place of the brake gauge. Also, the notch handle is at an angle, which would make it awkward for the LP to operate. One good thing about this layout is the microprocessor LCD readout of key engine parameters are at lease right in front for the LP to consult, instead of it being in the back panel on all locos I have seen.
