WITH THIS CONVERSION, KALYAN - THANE - LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS (KURLA)MUMBAI SECTION OF CENTRAL RAILWAY GETS CONNECTED TO THE REST OF THE 25000V AC ELECTRIFIED TERRITORIES OF INDIAN RAILWAYS..........

Just tried to show the progress made by CR & WR in bringing 25KV AC traction into Mumbai, ruled by 1500V DC at present. Also, this image shows the entire DC to AC conversion calendar right from 2004 till date.
