A Comparision between the single-piece windshield rakes of ICF (right) and Jessop (left), run by Central Railway in Mumbai. The ICF one is an AC-DC rake while the Jessop one is pure-DC. Look at the fixing of the wind-shield, and the positioning of horns. In the ICF rake, the horn is not visible, it is below the buffers - camouflages by the cow-catchers!

Jessop built EMUs always had better finish that their ICF counterparts.

I have not even spotted one single-piece windshield **Jessop** rake down south (MAS-AJJ or MSB-TBM-CGL).Also the single-piece windshield ICF rakes are never used in MRTS or in branchline duty like the Anna Nagar train.
