The other end of the 03885 ‘Vijaydurg’ shows a plain roof without the air-conditioner. Maybe the small number of passengers means less air-conditioning load for the coach.
I guess this end contains an extra water tank that is required to allow passenger who are expected to use the shower – a shower stall in each coach is an advertised feature of the train’s comforts. What is beige coloured curtain inside the bathroom? Is the window expected to be see through?
Is the ultimate luxury that of sitting on the ‘throne’ while watching the world go by ?. Karmali, 2004-11-13. By Apurva (iti@vsnl.com).
