Very very good try, It's never easy to pan when the train is on a bridge obstructed by girders! How did you manage to keep your focus without shifting; Took it manually?

Dear Sid, this was shot on Aperture Priority, my F-number was F/8 and the exposure time was 1/60 seconds. I just wanted to ensure that I hit the shutter only when the loco comes in between the two steel girders. Also, placed my focus point on the locomotive while hitting the shutter. Hope this helps.
