In photoshop, draw a box around the face of the loco and then go and adjust the brightness and contrast of the photo. By doing so, only the face of the loco is enhanced leaving the other parts untouched. For this, you will require...

No comments Harsh , this is the max result I could get from editting ! And I think if more brightness would have been increased the picture would have been destroyed !!
