The Mumbai-Nanded Tapovan Express headed by WCAM-3 #21959 at Igatpuri station. The loco has lowered its DC pantograph. This is one of the few trains that carry on with a WCAM-3 loco till Manmad. A Pune WDM-2 can be seen in the background. Igatpuri, 2004-11. By Vivek Manvi.

Yes, this is indeed a common feature in all the trains operating under CR. However, not all locos put up boards indicating the train names. I haven't seen this feature in any other divisions of IR.
