During the Pune chapters four trips to the Monkey Hill area, we had never spotted a down (climbing) train using the bi-directional middle line before. Pune bound 1021 Indrayani Express does just that at Monkey Hill. Monkey Hill, 2004-04-17. By Apurva (iti@vsnl.com).
I remember, once i was travelling by the DQ to Pune ( I think it was 1st Jan'04), & just the DQ was halted at MHC for quite a while, as there was a goods train ahead of us. At MHC, we were diverted on the centre track sight upto LNL.
