Just because the paint is dirty does not mean that WR does not overhaul the locos. FYI, all railways in India regularly overhaul their locos. There are fixed schedules for these overhauls and they are always followed.

A majority (if not all) the WCAM1/2/2P's on the WR, badly need an overhaul. I wonder why the WR doesn't regularly overhaul these engines, unlike the CR, which regularly overhauls the WCAM3, WCAG1 and even the WCG2.
