Table 1-1A (SR) : Madras-Bangalore / Bangalore-Madras - from 1977 All-India TT. 39/40 Brindavan had a great schedule - just three halts at Katpadi, Jolarpettai and Bangalore Cant, and 30-45 mts. faster than present schedule. However, the Mail has been speeded-up by nearly 2 hours. KK had no halts between Renigunta and Bangalore Cant except for a tech. halt at Jolarpettai - for rake bifurcation/amalgamation. (Mani Vijay)
