Looks like some some sort of exhibition - All locos are spic-span and shining, not a single speck of dirt. Also, the lack of catenaries for the electric loco seems odd. Awesome composition, nevertheless.

is that a WDM2A or a 3A?then again i cant see any cateneries in the pic so wondering what the WAG1(pantos down)is doing over there..so seems like the 3 are assembled for the perfect pic...

BRC WAG1, LKO WDM2, (?)WP. Rajeev, do you know where this was taken? Appears to be somewhere in the north. Interestingly, the WP appears to have been plinthed - judging by the flower pots around it.
