Invitation to the dinner of the 721 Railway operating battalion 'Somewhere in India' during the second world war. My guess is that this dinner would have been somewhere in Assam where most of the American Army was based.

Apart from Assam, they were also handling some lines in Bengal including the then Darjeeling Mail route via the Hardinge Bridge.
