Ya I understand it would be 15 km from NCJ, was wondering why the KM marking was not started from CAPE, at least for symbolic purposes it would be nice to have CAPE as KM 0/0, no?

Why does the OHE say 15/18A? Shouldn't the southernmost end of India be labeled "0/0"

Had seen a similar picture a few years back at Kanyakumari minus the OHE poles.Now we have the OHE jungle to bear with. But nice pic.
